TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") are entered into by Shenzhen Kangxin Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company", with its registered address in Futian District, Shenzhen) and you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") regarding the consumer electronic products (hereinafter referred to as the "Products") under the Company, such as bio - based headphones, multi - function safety chargers, etc., and related services (including after - sales support, technical consultation, product warranty, etc., hereinafter referred to as the "Services"). By purchasing, using the Products or accepting the Services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the contents of these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Products or accept the Services.

  1. Scope of Application
    1.1 These Terms apply to all individual and corporate users (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Users") who purchase, use the Company's Products or accept the Company's Services, including but not limited to users who purchase Products through the Company's official website, authorized e - commerce platforms, offline authorized stores, etc.
    1.2 In the event that the special rules (such as product warranty cards, limited - time after - sales policies, etc.) issued by the Company for specific Products or Services are inconsistent with the content of these Terms, the special rules shall prevail; for the parts not specified in the special rules, these Terms shall still apply.
  2. Product Usage Specifications
    2.1 Users shall use the Products correctly in accordance with the requirements of the product manuals, official guidelines, or technical documents. They shall not disassemble, modify, repair the Products without authorization, nor use non - authorized accessories (such as non - original charging cables, adapters, etc.). The Company shall not be liable for product damage, performance failures, or personal and property losses caused by improper use.
    2.2 The wireless charging, fast - charging and other functions of the Company's Products (such as bio - based chargers) need to be compatible with devices that comply with industry standards such as the Qi protocol and PD protocol. Users shall confirm the compatibility of their own devices before use. In case the functions cannot be realized due to the incompatibility of the user's device, the Company will provide technical consultation support but will not bear compensation liability.
    2.3 Users shall not use the Products to engage in illegal or irregular activities, including but not limited to tampering with product data, spreading harmful information, and infringing on the rights and interests of third parties. If any losses are caused to the Company or third parties as a result, the user shall bear all legal responsibilities.
  3. Product Warranty Policy
    3.1 Warranty Scope and Period:
    • The Company provides a warranty service for the Products from the date of purchase by the user (subject to valid purchase vouchers such as invoices, order screenshots). The standard warranty period for bio - based headphones and multi - function safety chargers is 12 months.
    • The warranty scope is limited to quality problems of the Products themselves (such as shell cracking under normal use, charging function failure, noise - canceling performance failure, etc.), and does not include the following situations: human - caused damage (such as dropping, squeezing, liquid immersion), damage caused by force majeure (such as earthquakes, fires), wear and tear caused by not using in accordance with the instructions (such as normal wear of the ear pads), and products without valid purchase vouchers.
    3.2 Warranty Process:
    • After discovering a product failure, the user shall promptly submit a warranty application through the Company's official customer service channels (customer service hotline, official website after - sales entry, authorized store), and provide the product model, purchase voucher, failure description, and relevant photos/videos.
    • After receiving the application, the Company will review it within 3 working days and inform the handling plan (repair, replacement, return). For products that need to be repaired, the user shall send the product to the designated after - sales service point of the Company as guided (rules for freight assumption: for warranty caused by quality problems, the return freight shall be borne by the Company; for non - quality problems or products beyond the warranty period, the freight shall be borne by the user).
    • For repaired or replaced products, the warranty period shall be calculated according to the remaining warranty period of the original product. If the remaining warranty period of the original product is less than 3 months, the warranty period of the replaced product shall be extended to 3 months.
    3.3 Exemption Circumstances: For product failures that exceed the warranty period or are caused by non - quality problems, the Company can provide paid repair services, and the specific cost shall be subject to the official quotation. If the product has been discontinued or repair parts are unavailable, the Company will negotiate an alternative solution (such as trade - in at a discounted price) with the user.
  4. User Responsibilities and Obligations
    4.1 Users shall properly keep the Products and purchase vouchers. If the Products cannot be used due to loss or theft, the Company shall not be liable for re - issuing or compensation.
    4.2 The personal information (such as name, contact information, device information) provided by the user during the process of receiving services (such as after - sales consultation, technical support) shall be true and accurate. The Company will protect user information in accordance with the "Privacy Policy". If the user provides false information resulting in the inability to provide normal services, the Company shall not be liable.
    4.3 If the user discovers potential safety hazards of the product (such as abnormal heating during charging, shell damage causing a risk of electric leakage), the user shall immediately stop using it and contact the Company's customer service. The user shall not handle it on their own or continue to use it to avoid safety accidents.
  5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality
    5.1 The Company enjoys intellectual property rights (including patent rights, trademark rights, copyrights, etc.) for the product's appearance design, technical solutions, trademarks (such as "Kangxin Biotechnology" and related logos), manuals, promotional materials, etc. Without the written authorization of the Company, users shall not copy, disseminate, modify, or use them for commercial purposes without permission, otherwise, they shall bear infringement liability.
    5.2 The user shall bear the obligation of confidentiality for the technical information, unannounced product plans, and other confidential contents provided by the Company during the service process, and shall not disclose them to third parties. Otherwise, the user shall compensate the Company for the losses suffered thereby.
  6. Privacy Protection
    6.1 The Company will collect, use, and store user information in accordance with the "Privacy Policy of Shenzhen Kangxin Biotechnology Co., Ltd.", mainly including purchase information (order number, payment record), after - sales consultation information (contact information, failure description), and product usage data (such as charging times, battery life status, only used for technical optimization).
    6.2 The Company will not sell or share user personal information to third parties without the user's permission, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or with the user's consent. Users can query, modify, or delete personal information through the official channels. For specific rights, please refer to the "Privacy Policy".
  7. Modification and Termination of the Terms
    7.1 The Company has the right to modify the content of these Terms according to changes in laws and regulations, business adjustments, or product updates. The modified Terms will be notified to users through the Company's official website, authorized platform announcements, etc., and will come into effect 7 days after the announcement is issued. If the user continues to use the Products or accept the Services, it is deemed that the user agrees to the modified Terms.
    7.2 If the user violates these Terms, the Company has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of services (such as refusing warranty, restricting technical support) and will not refund the product fees already paid. If the user seriously violates laws and regulations or these Terms, resulting in losses to the Company, the Company has the right to pursue its legal responsibilities.
    7.3 The termination of these Terms shall not affect the user's warranty rights already enjoyed (within the warranty period), the obligations already assumed by the Company, and the validity of the dispute - resolution clauses.
  8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
    8.1 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the two parties. If the negotiation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the people's court having jurisdiction in the place where the Company is located (Futian District, Shenzhen).
    8.2 The conclusion, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China (excluding the laws of Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan regions).
  9. Miscellaneous
    9.1 "Force majeure" in these Terms refers to unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable objective circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, policy changes, network outages, etc. If the Company is unable to fulfill its service obligations due to force majeure, the Company shall not bear liability for breach of contract, but shall promptly notify the user and explain the situation.
